Shipping Policy
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please plan your orders accordingly, as we do not offer rush orders or expedited shipping.
Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS, typically arriving within 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and USPS performance.
Signature Confirmation: All orders will require signature confirmation upon delivery. USPS will make multiple attempts to deliver your package and will leave a notice if delivery is unsuccessful. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for package pick-up or re-delivery.
Shipping Issues: Once your package is shipped, we are not responsible for any issues related to tracking or delivery. Any concerns should be directed to USPS.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Mismatched billing and shipping addresses may lead to delays or order cancellations. If additional ID is required due to discrepancies, and it is not provided, your order will be canceled.
Tracking Information: Tracking information will be sent to the email on file once your order is shipped. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates.
